Aboard the International Space Station, Expedition 42 Commander Barry Wilmore and Flight Engineer Terry Virts of NASA and Flight Engineer Samantha Cristoforetti of the European Space Agency discussed life and work aboard the orbital laboratory with the Air Force Times and the Houston Chronicle during a pair of in-flight interviews Jan. 28. Wilmore will wrap up 5 ½ months on the station with a return to Earth on March 12, while Virts and Cristoforetti will remain aboard the complex until mid-May.
